Security Installer

As a Security Installer and Integrator at TKS, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of security systems and smart home automation solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in security system installation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Integration: Install, configure, and integrate security systems, including alarm systems, access control, surveillance cameras, and smart home automation devices.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with installed systems, providing ongoing maintenance and support.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their security needs, provide system demonstrations, and offer guidance on smart home automation features.
System Testing: Conduct thorough testing of installed systems to ensure all components are functioning correctly.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of installations, service calls, and customer interactions.
Training: Provide training to customers on how to use their security and smart home systems.
Compliance: Ensure all installations comply with local codes, standards, and regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in security system installation, smart home automation, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficient in installing and configuring security systems and smart home automation devices.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Alarm.com and other relevant platforms is a plus.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., NICET, ESA) are preferred.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work at heights, lift heavy equipment, and work in various environmental conditions.
Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
